The Central Marketing Team is focused on delivering Customer Centric Innovation, Marketing effectiveness and agility and personalized CX at Scale. To strengthen our launch excellence and strategic innovation pillars, we are looking to recruit a Worldwide Launch Excellence Director. This effort will ensure successful launches that enables the growth of our winning portfolio. Therefore, the corporate marketing team is seeking a talented associate with a broad upstream marketing background to join our team. This leader will need to understand the fundamentals to build a strong launch delivering impactful growth in year 1. This role will own launch excellence efforts delivering high standards on key needle movers and partner with marketing business unit team to drive this transformational effort within the different disciplines and processes of the marketing function across the BUs and regions.
